Description
The medial malleolar facet of talus is the smooth, crescent-shaped area found along the medial aspect of the body of talus. It is continuous laterally with the trochlea of talus and articulates with the articular facet of medial malleolus on the tibia, contributing to the formation of the ankle joint.
