Medial Surface of First Metacarpal Bone

Description

The medial surface of first metacarpal bone is the concave, ulnar aspect of the body of the bone. It is one of the two surfaces of the first metacarpal bone, the other being the lateral surface. It provides an origin site for the first dorsal interosseous muscle of hand.
