Description
The anterior border of ala of sacrum is the margin found along the anterosuperior aspect of the sacrum. It separates the ala from the pelvic surface of the sacrum.
The anterior border of ala of sacrum contributes to the formation of the linea terminalis (pelvic brim), which is a distinct ridge that separates the greater pelvis from the lesser pelvis.
