The distolingual cusp is the inferiorly located, pointed elevation found along the distolingual aspect of the crown of maxillary third molar tooth. It is one of the four cusps of this tooth, the other three being the mesiobuccal, mesiolingual, and distobuccal cusps. The distolingual cusp consists of both cusp and triangular ridges.
