Description
The fourth coccygeal vertebra (Co4) is the oval-shaped bone that lies inferior to, and is smaller than, the third coccygeal vertebra. It has no transverse processes, spinous processes, pedicles or laminae.
The fourth coccygeal vertebra fuses with the third coccygeal vertebra superiorly.
