The septa testis are connective tissue structures that span from the mediastinum testis to the tunica albuginea.

The testes are divided into a number of separate lobules. The fibrous tissue structures that separate these lobules are known as the septa testis.
Function
The septa testis divides the testis into discrete lobules. Each lobule contains one to four seminiferous tubules which are responsible for sperm production.

Testis
