Janne Wallenius

Janne Wallenius is professor in reactor physics at the division of Nuclear Science & Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. His main research interests include fast reactor design and safety analysis, advanced nuclear fuel development and radiation damage physics, resulting in over 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals with an h-index of 28. Furthermore he has written two text-books. Janne Wallenius is also the co-funder and CTO of Blykalla AB, a company developing lead-cooled SMRs for commercial applications. In 2022 he was awarded the KTH innovation prize for his courage and grit in commercializing his research.
