Radim Kopriva

Radim received his PhD in Materials Science in 2019 from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Nuclear and Physical Engineering. Since 2006, he has been working at ÚJV Řež, a. s., as the Head of the Mechanical and Corrosion Testing Department, the accredited hot cell laboratory. Radim is responsible for the experimental evaluation of irradiated structural materials of nuclear power plants within the framework of surveillance programmes in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Within the international cooperation, he is also devoted to the development of new test methods and use of miniaturized test specimens.
