Michaela Klosterkamp, who joined Elsevier in 2003, has profoundly supported the scientific communities in the UK and Ireland. As an experienced Consultant for Research Solutions, she's been instrumental in understanding and addressing the unique needs and challenges of academic and government customers. For twelve years she served as a member of the United Kingdom Serials Group (UKSG) Education and Events committee, developing and conducting professional training and development programs for the scholarly information community. In 2024, Michaela expanded her horizons, bringing her extensive experience to Germany.
