Allan E Goodman, PhD

Dr Allan E. Goodman is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of International Education. Previously, he was Executive Dean of the School of Foreign Service and Professor at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He is the author of books on international affairs published by Harvard, Princeton and Yale university presses. Dr Goodman served as Presidential Briefing Coordinator for the Director of Central Intelligence in the Carter Administration. He has a PhD in Government from Harvard, an MPA from the John F Kennedy School of Government and a BS from Northwestern University.
