Agustín is a tenured scientist at the Institute of Materials Science of Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC), specializing in nanophotonics. His research involves developing nanophotonic structures using scalable nanofabrication techniques like soft nanoimprinting lithography. This process uses elastomeric pre-patterned stamps to structure a wide range of materials such as colloids, biopolymers, and semiconductors.
