王惠玄
Dr. Wang serves the role of Chang Gung University Library Director and has led the librarians to navigate through the complexity of a rapidly changing environment and the evolving expectations of university libraries nowadays.
Dr. Wang received her MPH in Health Policy and Administration and PhD in Health Services and Policy Analysis from the University of California at Berkeley in the United States before joining the faculty of the Department of Health Care Management, College of Management at Chang Gung University. Her research interests revolve around healthcare quality and resource allocation policies, especially for older adults. Her dedication to students has been recognized with the Best Mentor Award and the Best Teaching Award.
Dr. Wang extends her expertise beyond academia and plays pivotal roles in shaping national healthcare policies. She currently serves on the National Health Insurance Commission of the Department of Health and Welfare board and oversees the program's operation.
