Jayapriya Venkateshwarlu is a Product Manager at SciVal, where she focuses on the innovation theme "University Rankings." In her role, she oversees the integration and development of new features that help universities and research institutions track their performance, identify strengths, and uncover opportunities for growth. Jayapriya joined Elsevier in 2008 and has since played various roles in Operations and Product Management. With a passion for data-driven insights and a keen interest in emerging trends, she strives to enhance the SciVal platform to better serve the academic and research community.

Peter Darroch

Director, Analytics Solutions Marketing, Elsevier

Dr Peter Darroch is Director of Analytics Solutions Marketing at Elsevier where he works across the Research Intelligence Portfolio but with a focus on SciVal. He is an expert in the practical use of research metrics, including those used in major international rankings, for benchmarking and to provide complementary insights into the research performance of countries, universities, researchers, journals or individual research outputs.

Peter joined Elsevier in 2011 and has spent the last 6 years in the Research Intelligence Marketing team. He has also held positions in the Research Intelligence Sales and Product teams working with tools such as SciVal and helping to develop the research metrics strategy at Elsevier. Prior to joining Elsevier, Peter conducted Postdoctoral research in both the United States and the United Kingdom and held several positions over a 5-year period in the healthcare industry.
