Pamela Poku is the Renewal Manager for our Clinical Decision Support (CDS) solution Order Sets, Care Plans and Patient Education in the EMEA region. Her focus is to empower our customers to deliver superior patient experiences.    

With a solid background in nursing, she has developed a career focused on enhancing the patient and end-user experience across the entire healthcare continuum. Her extensive experience ranges from clinical solution development, EHR implementation, training clinical professionals, leading global pre-sales activities and driving renewal business based on improved outcomes. Her diverse expertise allows for the analyses of organizational challenges from multiple angles and offers effective solutions to support clinicians and organisations in delivering safe, high-quality care based on outcomes. 

Her prior positions involve:  - Operational Informatic Scientist committed to innovation within healthcare solutions. 

- Strategic Business Manager focused on defining the strategic direction of EHR sales. 

- Global Pre-Sales manager responsible for the global sale of EHR 

- Various nursing roles ranging from bedside care in the ICU, community care and clinical consultation. 

Pamela is a registered practicing nurse in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. She holds a BSc in Nursing (Kingston University) and Business Management (University of Plymouth) and is currently pursuing an MSc in Global Health.
