Rooms are available at the conference hotel for delegates to reserve, for $149 per room per night, plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.07%). All rooms will also be charged a resort fee, of $15 per room, per night.
Self-parking is available at the hotel for $15 per vehicle, per night.
All room reservations must be made by 30th April 2025, to guarantee the group rate.

Elsevier has been made aware that third-party companies are targeting Elsevier conference speakers and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme.
