Patrick oversees the product, implementation success, and customer support functions for Pure and Interfolio. Before April 2019, Patrick led teams that enhanced and expanded Scopus. In former roles at Elsevier since 2007 he served as integration manager for Plum Analytics and SSRN (mergers into Elsevier) and oversaw publishing systems and services for 300+ medical society partners.
