Elsevier has been made aware that third-party companies are targeting Elsevier conference speakers and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme.
The companies are calling/emailing conference attendees, using email addresses which appear very similar to official Elsevier email addresses, and claiming to be the “official” housing bureau and/or authorized by Elsevier to book hotel/travel accommodations for the conference. Explore San Diego via Old Town Trolley Tours, with a pick-up location at the Paradise Point lobby. Old Town Trolley Tours are San Diego's only regularly scheduled on-and-off fully narrated tours of Old Town, San Diego and Coronado. Pick-up times are 8:45 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. and return time is 5:15 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the Island Market.

Each sleeping room has its own parking spot. There is additional disabled parking in the Conference Center parking lot located just in front of the Conference Center

The entire Conference Center is accessible via wheelchair

Pine Hill is not Wheelchair accessible, due to the hills.
Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms?
No elevators in the hotel or Conference Center
Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms (same floor/near accessible lifts)?
Yes, there are accessible restrooms located in both the male and female restrooms. These are located by the Paradise Ballroom and by the Sunset Ballroom
What provisions does the hotel have to assist guests with visual and/or hearing impairments?
For Banquet events, listening devices can be provided. (Depending on the number of attendees needing them)

How many guestrooms does the hotel have with disabled access?
There are (13) Accessible Rooms that can come with either a King Bed of 2 Queens Beds. They also provide options in the bathroom for either a Shower-Tub Combo or a Roll-In Shower (Roll-In Showers only available with King Bed).
There are (22) hearing impaired rooms. The hearing impairment rooms all have the outlets for all access devise but there is nothing in the room the assists without the kit other than the flashlight for fire alarms, there are (5) kits available.
