Guidelines for submitting proposals for journal Special Issues and conference proceedings

A series of Elsevier Computer Science journals use an online Special Issue and proceedings proposal submission and review system새 탭/창에서 열기 to triage proposals. This online proposal submission system keeps a record of all the files, correspondence, and interactions with journals’ editors who need to evaluate any proposal for publication.
